I don't know what they are called but I've seen them at Wallgreens in the Bay Area. There are also nicer kid-proof ones, like RGW said. I think everyone should have a camera from about 2 on. Of course I don't have a two-year-old so that is really easy for me to say.BookyGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06239216887599784580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4920880307557460730.post-1675141254846028012008-07-01T00:25:00.000-04:002008-07-01T00:25:00.000-04:00I second NEAs no way! They really can take the most wonderful photos, from a totally different angle than us adults too! The really cheap digitals unfortunately don't tend to have much of an anti-vibration in there, so are often too blurry for kids to use too well.

Kind of on that subject there was a great documentary out a few years ago - Born Into Brothels - which gave the kids of the prostitutes in India cameras to take photos of their world with. It was a pretty amazing and touching documentary, the idea was to teach these "unclean" kids a skill and earn some money through photo sales they could get an education with. If you haven't seen it I would totally recommend it if your into documentaries.RGWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17859160779650601294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4920880307557460730.post-81807403582744606272008-06-29T23:30:00.000-04:002008-06-29T23:30:00.000-04:00no way! lala has an old school film one and i keep...no way! lala has an old school film one and i keep meaning to look for a cheapo digital one. it is so cool what she has taken photos of.Nicolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02044553646998556989noreply@blogger.com
